Garvey's Supervalu Castleisland was presented with the prestigious Regional Supervalu Store of the Year Award at the National Supervalu Conference held in Killarney.

Garvey's received the award for the superior customer service, quality hygiene, staff product knowledge, stocking the highest quality range of fresh foods, and care and involvement in supporting the local community.

Garvey's Castleisland is also one of the few Supervalu outlets in the country that have achieved the prestigious Emerald Award for Excellence Ireland.

According to Seamus Kerrisk, Manager of Garvey's Supervalu, Castleisland the Supervalu Regional Store of the Year Award is testament to teh quality of the team at Garvey's where customer service is the number one priority.

"We have fantastic staff that strives to maintain the highest standards in all areas, and in doing so helps create atmosphere for customer", Seamus said. As well as its wide range of products and dedication to excellent service, Garvey's Supervalu in Castleisland is renowned for its in-house bakery, where every product is baked fresh every morning, and its petrol forecourt, one of the most inexpensive anywhere in the county.
